Maybe it's just wishful thinking on my part. I loved teh Rani. But the only person I want playing her other than Kate O'Mara is Julia Sawalha, so really, that theory isn't my favourite.
I've grown to appreciate Six even more since I listened to some of his Big Finish stories and watched over his serials again. He's actually just behind Eleven as my favourite Doctor now.
Also, the Rani could need the Doctor for some experiment, and accidentally ends up killing him. It's plausible. She's a mad scientist, mad scientists by nature do mad things like that :P.
