Day 01 - A show that should never have been cancelled

SAPPHIRE AND STEEL


Yes, that little show starring Ducky and Patsy. Or for those who do not understand, David McCallum and Joanna Lumley. Very creepy, and, with Doctor Who and Blakes 7, made up the big three of British sci-fi. And it's been described as The X-Files with all action removed. Awesome, huh? Anyway, it ended after assignment six, Sapphire and Steel were locked in space. It wasn't supposed to end like that! The ending's good, but I'd have prefered another season. Big Finish has continued the story, but it really isn't that same...

The show had a great cast and great stories, and it's a shame it didn't go any longer.

Oh you have too! It's brilliant. It's written by PJ Hammond, who has written a couple of the best episodes of Torchwood.
